Jillian Noel Shennessy, born 25th November, 1968, in Canada is a Canadian actor and singer who has been acknowledged for her contributions to American television. The most famous of her works are her incredible performance on the American television shows Law & Order (where she impressed viewers over three seasons in the role of prosecutor Claire Kincaid) and Crossing Jordan (where she played Jordan Cavanaugh, the main character Jordan Cavanaugh). Hennessy demonstrated her skills in films that were independent, such as Chutney Popcorn or The Acting Class. Her acting career started in 1988 when she and her twin sister were the Callgirls on Dead Ringers. The actress starred on Broadway in the musical Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story from 1990, and then entered the world of science fiction in 1993 as Doctor. Marie Lazarus in RoboCop 3.
